NOTICE of ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM)
of ELLERSLIE ASSOCIATION FOOTBALL CLUB INC.

Notice is hereby given that the AGM of the Ellerslie Football Club Inc. shall be
held as follows :
Date : Thursday, 8th June 2023
Time : 6.00 pm
Venue : New Clubrooms within Michaels Ave Community Centre Building.
Michaels Ave Reserve, Ellerslie
Nominations for both President and to be members of the Executive
Committee are open, and must be received in writing, together with
confirmation from the nominee that they are willing to stand for election, by
the Secretary, Lynnette Margison (on secretary@ellersliefootball.org.nz) no
later than 21 days prior to the AGM (i.e. by 17 May 2023).
Members wishing to have any business considered at the AGM as General
Business, must submit written notice containing details of such business to the
Secretary on the above address, no later than 17 May 2023.
An agenda for the meeting will be posted on the club website
www.ellersliefootball.org.nz on or before 24 May 2023.
Please put this date in your calendar now, as the Club relies on its members for
input and guidance on its strategies and direction.
