Open Men's Leagues mean there is no age limit on playing, although you will need to be at least 16 to play in these leagues
Northern Region Football run a large number of open men's leagues, with NRF Div 1 to 4 being run across the entire Auckland region - NRF Div 5 to Div 10 is split into mini-regions, Central, Habour and South. Ellerslie AFC teams from Div 5 to Div 10 will typically play in the Central mini-region.
Ellerslie is one of the largest Senior Open Men's clubs in Auckland, with teams ranging all across the Divisions. If you are looking for a club which actively cares about you and your team you have found the right place, we provide Playing Shirts (home and away) for all teams, as well access to training gear including bibs, balls, cones, goals, nets and manniquins. Teams are also provided with a training slot on either Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. For home games teams will have opportunities to play on either the turf or the grass at Michaels Ave.
For 2024 the club is accepting both new team entries and new individual entries into this grade.
